Communication Change

Hi folks, over the past years, the association website has served two purposes:

  1. Repository for Condo documents and info for residents and owners. Examples would be Condo rules, parking spots, financial records, etc…. Access requires registration on the site.
  2. Routine notices. These are posted to the site and if you are registered, an email notice sent out. Examples would be maintenance notices, construction noise alerts, etc…

Feedback from the community has been that text messaging is a more convenient channel for routine notices so we will be shifting these to WhatsApp. You can join both Resident and Owner chat groups via the link on the Resident and Owner page, respectively.

Formal communication including meeting notices, security or safety issues, etc…, will continue to be emailed to you from either the Property Manager or the Board.
