Condo Governing Documents

The rights and obligations of Association members and residents are detailed in the governing documents for the condominium. These include:

Condo Declaration and Bylaws. These documents are legally registered documents governing the operation of the Association. Click to download the Condo Declaration and Bylaws and the 2023 Amendment prohibiting short term rentals.

Condo Rules and Regulations. The Rules and Regulations expand on the preceding documents and may be updated by the Board of Directors from time to time. The latest update takes effect on 14 Apr 2024.

Unit owners can direct questions on these governing documents to the Property Manager. Those leasing units should direct questions to their leasing owner or agent.
